A Second Winter Wedding
I guess I am on my way to becoming known for "Winter Wonderland" weddings. These invitations were beautiful. All of the layers had a shinny quality to the paper. I hand drew on each tree with and embossing ink and then embossed with an iridescence powder to give the appearance of fresh snow on the branches.
I also did a really fun place card for this wedding. Some of you may have seen a quick picture on Facebook that I took of it before sending them off. I know that the Wedding Dr., their wedding planner was going to take one for me that knit so I will share it as soon as I have it.

I thought that it would be nice to show you some pictures from the weddings that I have done invitations for, kind of see something full circle. Here are some photos from Sophia and Eric's wedding in January. Theirs were the snowflake invitations.
I loved these invitations and I think that they were a perfect reflection of how there day turned out. Lots of sparkle and silver, a "winter wonderland".
NEW YEARS RESOLUTION
So it is that time of year where everyone is making their resolutions for the New Year. I am trying not to have too many but keeping my social media pages up-to-date is a big one. I have been so horrible at photographing projects as I finish them and getting them out there for all too see.
So, I don't promise a set number of posts of how often that I am going to post but I do promise to post a new project as soon as it is done and off to my customer.

A Memorial Day Weekend Wedding
I know I have not added any new photos for awhile, I have been busy...that is good right?!
I just finished a project for a couple, the bride to be is a teacher and her soon to be husband is in the Army. They are getting married on Memorial Day weekend and since Samantha's favorite color is red, they have choosen to go with a red, white and blue theme. I have talked with their photographer so I will add pictures after the big day of how it all turned out together.

What I get asked the most...
The question I hear more often than any other:
What is it going to cost me?
Everything that I do right now is custom, you don't sit down and pick from a book and just fill in what you want your invitation to say. I sit down with each person and get an idea of what their event is going to be like and then I go off and make some samples to get the process started. That being said, it is so hard for me to come up with a "price list". This is a really good starting point though. The Palace Winter Bridal Show
